Stone carving in India has always been practiced and perfected since time immemorial. Traditional Indian designs carved into stones create the most beautiful pieces of artwork. The process of transforming a rough stone into a shapely object of beauty and luster calls for a great degree of skill in which our craftsmen are adept to the core. The sculptures are carved out of high-quality stones- marble, granite, sandstone. Sometimes the statues are replicas of the highly ornate ancient and medieval Indian temples or famous European period carvings & sculptures but most of the times they are custom made according to the modern tastes & requirement of the space available. Preliminary studies are done by making scaled plaster of paris model & the sculp exact thereafter created by using measuring compass.
